Terms of service

Motion sells tickets and table reservations on behalf of venues in New York. You must be 21 or older to hold a pass or enter a partner venue; the door checks ID.

Tickets are tied to your account, not to a phone or a paper stub. They are non-transferable unless the venue says otherwise, and refunds follow the venue's policy for that night. Service fees are shown before you pay and are not refundable.

Table minimums shown in the app are live quotes; the number you accept when you request a table is the one you are held to for that night. Bottle prices are set by the venue.

Venues and promoters using Motion are responsible for their own guest lists, pricing, and compliance with New York State Liquor Authority rules.
